The AI evaluates their responses in real time and generates a detailed assessment report including strengths, gaps, and a recommended decision.

Why We Built This

Our data showed that interview scheduling was one of the biggest sources of delay in the recruitment pipeline. On average, it took 3–5 days from shortlisting to first interview, largely due to availability conflicts between clients and candidates. Paid Plans
